fun. engaging. professional.

When we made the decision to transition our largest fundraiser of the year to a virtual platform, we didn’t know how to keep the energy and spirit of the event alive through a computer screen. In just three weeks, the Beyond Recreation team quickly came up with a plan and strategy that exceeded our expectations to make our Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk a success. The professionalism, creativity, and follow-through on all the deliverables was remarkable. Beyond Recreation was able to create an experience full of laughter and tears that our community will not forget. We are proud to welcome them all into our Wicked Strong Family.

When the world started going virtual, we at Beyond Recreation set out to learn everything we could to help organizations and business provide engaging and authentic experiences for their consumers from the safety of home. While live entertainment and event hosting via Zoom was not something we knew much about in March of 2020, today Beyond Recreation has the experience to provide an engaging and professional Zoom for all types of events. Michael Jay Garner’s charm as a professional emcee, paired with solid “backstage” organization makes for a delightful experience. Whether you’re in need of a virtual event for your nonprofit fundraiser, a family-friendly night of entertainment for the people of your community, or a fun holiday party, Beyond Recreation can custom build an event that will help people make genuine connections, even while they are physically distant.

As if moving our 2020 annual conference to a virtual platform was not challenging enough, we, at Hemophilia Federation of America, were also faced with providing our 1,200 attendees with an exciting, engaging, family-friendly final night event. Enter Beyond Recreation! Mike and Anne leveraged their connections to an array of talented circus performers and tech folks to create an awesome virtual experience which one community member called, “A $100 Las Vegas ticket for free!”. Beyond Recreation’s professionalism and individual attention inspired our confidence in their ability to make it happen – and that they did! HFA continues to expand its relationship with Beyond Recreation to provide the bleeding disorders community with quality, exchanging , and interactive programming.
